Blue Heavens Mails trying to bring it back

Here is the latest update:

Greetings!

This is a very important email. So please read it carefully all the way!

We are Re-launching Blue Heaven Mails on 15th January 2007 at 12.01 am. You do no need to register again. Your account will be retained and you can start buying positions on 15th January 2007. Withdrawal processing time will be 48 hours and we will still have the 7 Day Split up rule in place. Everything will be the same again!

Here is some good news for all of you. The Refund list is ready and it includes members who are at a loss at Blue Heaven Mails. If you are already in profit, then you will not be included in the Refund list. Here is how we calculate the refund:

Refund = Deposits - Withdrawals Paid out (including Referral Commissions)

However, if your Withdrawals is greater than your Deposits then you are in profit and are not entitled to be refunded anything.

Here is the link to the refund list:
http://www.blueheavenmails.com/refund.php

Please find your user ID in the list and look at the Refund amount. This is the amount you will be refunded. You can find your User ID in the members area as soon as you login. If you feel the refund amount is incorrect then please submit a support ticket and we will be glad to assist you.

Members will be refunded 10% of the refund amount every week for 10 weeks simultaneously starting from 20th January 2007 which is a Saturday. This means that you will be refunded 10% every Saturday for 10 weeks starting from 20th January. Please Update your E-gold and E-bullion account numbers in the profile as we will be using those account numbers for refunding members.

Everybody must be wondering what went wrong with Blue Heaven Mails. During the Christmas, we had cashflow problems because of which we increased the withdrawal processing time to 7 days. During the same period, i was not keeping well and got very ill. This is not an excuse and I hate to make excuses. I was not able to get out of my bed. This was not under my control. You can say this was a mistake on my part and I am really sorry for not updating you guys. By the time I was ready to go, I had already lost trust of my members and there was no point to continue where I left off. So I talked with my team and discussed other options and we decided to Re-launch Blue Heaven Mails and to refund those members who were at loss....and here we are!

We have made some small changes to the program. Here is the list:

-- Members can no longer sell off their Blue Points.

-- The number of Blue Points required to send an email ad has been increased to 300 Blue points due to the demand. This means that members will not experience longer waiting times. We have disapproved all the old pending ads. Members can now submit their ads to be sent from 15th Jan onwards.

-- We have deleted all the old support tickets. For any questions or queries, please submit a support ticket again. Your ticket will be replied within 24 hours.

-- The Upgrade page is inactive for the time being and will be open on 15th January at 12.01 am.

Remember, we are the first program of its kind and we are proud of it. Due to unavoidable circumstances, we were not able to deliver like we promised. But we are back again to win your trust and to deliver the same great service and commitment to our members! WE ARE BACK!

For any questions, queries and comments please submit a support ticket!

Regards,
Ben Kreher

Well, looks like another novice admin, has learned a very valuable lesson. It doesn't take much for your member base to turn on you in this line of work. This admin is definitely going to have to jump through hoops of fire in order for his members to have regained trust in him.

Just when you though it was safe. Something just doesnt sit right with me on this one. I surely hope that my assumptions are incorrect. In the meanwhile here is the last and final update from the admin:

The purpose of this post is to advise all members that Tri Star has now
completed the purchase of the website www.xlentopps.com. This is therefore my

Xlenntopps takes a vacation

I have taken the decision to put XLO into holiday mode for the
remainder of the month of January 2007.

This decision is not taken lightly - but is a neccessary one to ensure
the long term viability of XLO and also TFT.

As you would probably be aware - the closure of TFT has been a major
issue and I am working to find solutions for that.

XLO is the other program we have - and this is completely separate from
TFT. However both programs are my responsibility and to be fair to
everyone the pressures right now mean that I am not devoting the best
that you deserve to either.

The time off from XLO will give me the much needed time to focus solely
on TFT and find solutions.

I will- of course - be in the forum daily- you can be sure that we are
not going anywhere.

I am certain that this announcement will cause a wave of concern - but
there is - in all reality- no cause for panic or worry.

I need a little time to refocus and move forwward.

I thank you all for your support over the last 12 months and look
forward to the future.

Andy

Being that I was new to this site, I don't know what to think really. Is this a domino effect happening here from the downfall of 12by12? Were we lied to about TFT(The Finer Things) and XLO having seperate accounts and investments outside of the autosurf world? Help me to understand. TFT goes off the map with payments being projected for 01/31/07. At the same time has nothing to do with the funds of XLO, it continues to run and pays out just fine. Then all of a sudden with no warning what so ever, the site is gone. Later in the day, after XLO disappears, I get the email quoted above. Which upsets me even more, for the fact that XLO was supposed to be just fine.

So why take a perfectly running site off the map, to fix a site that has a cash flow issue? These two sites had seperate e-gold accounts, per admin....there was not a cashflow issue at XLO....the site was still growing...no problems with the instant cashout system(none that I saw being a member) Why? Because TFT paid out a larger percentage of money, for one. Two because both sites were run by the same admin. Once TFT goes down, so does the admins rep with investors. Hence, three, a cashflow issue from members unsure of the life of XLO. Possible four, due to cashflow issues with TFT, funds were taken from XLO just before TFT's cashflow issues began. Easy to get over on, since TFT earnings were higher than with XLO. Now the admin doesnt want us to know that.

Remember, this is just my theory, none of this has shown to be proof. I feel that due to the fact that TFT was an hyip and it had a good run, the admin chose to take that site down first. Also autosurfs have been making a come back, on top of the fact that instant paying autosurfs have been a new trend these days. It would be smarter for the admin to at least try to keep XLO running. After all, XLO just had it's first year anniversay. Now seeing the cashflow problem at XLO, admin uses regrouping as a reason to take XLO offline. Why? Because now he has to figure out how to continue to pay XLO members everyday instantly with a cashflow issue, payout TFT members by 01-31-07, and save his reputation all at the same time.

It will be interesting to see how this all pans out. I would love to say that I was wrong. However, even if admin pulls this off, I may not ever invest with him again. Taking XLO off the map was just the biggest flag ever, especially when admin said the XLO and TFT accounts were not related. If admin was able to run two sites at once, he should surely have time for just one, and still have time to ponder about the other.

Problem over at Daily Profits Share

I'm not sure what is really going on right now. All I know so far is that the database is jacked up. Admin states that the files were corrupted and he is working hard to fix it. This is all after there was a compromise to the egold account the day before. So far this admin has shown himself to be a great admin, leaving me in profit on his two previous sites. Because of this I fully reinvested my payouts from this site, in hopes of making even more profits. There are rumors right now, and speculations going around. None of which I will mention here until I have more solid proof.

As of now you cannot deposit to this site. That has been disabled, and not payments have been made as of today. Due to the fact that this admins previous sites did not experience any problems, I don't have a comment on how soon these problems will be fixed. All I can say at this point is to stay posted.
