This is a long email so please read it carefully.

We have had phenomenal growth in the past three days and we would like
to Thank all out members for this. We know we have had some minor
problems in the start but everything should go along smooth from now on. We
apologize for the inconveniences if any.

We would like to announce a few new updates to Profit Share Pro.

We would like our members to start voting when paid. We have a Rate Us
page with our monitors to vote on. The link can be found on the top
right of the header. For those who get paid please go vote there. We have

Our alexa ratings have been phenomenal and a picture link has been
added to the main page too. Advertisements bought on the site can have
amazing exposure and at a very cheap rate too. Advertisements can be bought
from the Member\\\'s area with the member\\\'s balance or directly with
E-Gold from the Promotion link found on the top left in the header.



I would like to announce a Wonderful piece of news. Due to the amazing
success we are having and in turn an increasing workload, we have just
had a new addition to the Profit Share Pro staff. Please everyone pay a
warm welcome to our new Co-Admin - Consultant\\\'s Circle. You can find
Mr. Consultant\\\'s Circle on the MMG Forum under the same username and
very active in our program discussions. He is a very good friend of
mine since 2005 and has been in this arena for quite some time now. He has
a heart of Gold and Outstanding Customer Care skills. We are very
excited to add CC to our staff and hope everyone can give a warm welcome to
him.


After much thinking we decided to make these changes:


The roi is set to 115% to push out the first day spenders. Once these
are out (5% is left for them to incur before their units expire) the roi
will be raised to 120-125%. After the first day spenders are out, that
will be over $65,000 less to spread incoming deposits on which should
provide a much larger % for everyone.

There is also a daily limit of $600 that one can spend. You can still
have a maximum of $6000 active units at once, but you will need 10 days
of $600 deposits to reach that. This may or may not be increased in the
future.

We really would like PSP to continue and we are here for the long run
so everyone I am very happy with these changes and believe it is for the
good of the program.


We know there will be people who are pissed off, especially the Day 1
people, with the lowering of the roi, but seriously these are the ones
who are not re-depositing or caring about the program. We want to
eliminate these people. They are not an asset to any program and their
strategies are pointless because they end up losing what they made to some
serial scammer.

Profit Share Pro (PSP) adopts the new Profit Sharing model that proves to be the most sustainable and long term model at the moment. Here the Profit Sharing model is used in a High Yield Program where the Daily Return is calculated depending how much income the program takes in Daily.

There is absolutely no need to Surf or earn any credits to get your daily return, as everyone who buys units are entitled to get the Daily Return automatically every day at midnight.



How the Program works:

You buy units in the program. Each unit is $1. You will keep earning the Daily Return on each unit until you have reached 150% of the unit back. So for every $1 unit you purchase, you will get back $1.50. You keep on earning daily until you reach 150%. Once you reach 150%, you will have to buy more units to continue earning on them.

The programs Daily Income is calculated depending on the amount of units purchased by each member every day and 50% of all banner impressions/advertisements sold.

85% of the program Daily Income is paid out as the Daily Return on each unit, this is shown in the Daily ROI amount in statistics box just under the login form. 5% is stored in a Reserve Fund as so to help lift the Daily Return when we have some slow days with below normal daily income. 3% is used to pay out referral commissions and the remaining 7% is kept for advertising, site maintenance and admin costs.



Why is this model better?

This model is better because it is not a fixed based earnings/time span model where you are entitled to receive a return in a fixed amount of time. With the fixed based earnings/timespan, new income needs to come in constantly daily or else the program will run out of funds to pay out to the members when their plan matures and they are entitled to their earnings leaving them with a partial or total loss.

In this Profit Sharing Model you keep earning on your deposit till you reach 150%, should it be 2 days or 10 days or more. This way the risk of losing out next to the fixed earnings/time span model is next to zero.
